The Technicians visit schools, units, resource bases and support services to:
- Set up radio aid equipment to hearing aids
- Maintain radio aid equipment, record keeping and hearing aid care
- Troubleshoot problems with radio aid equipment, Soundfield systems and other assistive equipment
- Repair specific radio aid equipment
B.A.H.A Listener (Bone Anchored Hearing Aid) - Case Study
Working with a number of Bone Anchored Hearing Aid users, the Ewing Technical Team realised there was a need for a subjective listening device rather than relying on child report. The team developed the B.A.H.A. listener in conjunction with 'Entific'. The product is now commercially available.
